Gravity Tattoo is Leighton Buzzard's own piercing studio. Based at 17 Bridge Street, we pierce ears, noses, lips, navels and more for clients from across the town and the surrounding villages, as well as those who travel in from Luton, Dunstable and Milton Keynes. Every piercing is carried out by our dedicated piercer Lilith using a sterile single-use needle and implant-grade jewellery, with a proper consultation before anything is marked up and clear aftercare once you leave.
Piercing in Leighton Buzzard done properly
There is a difference between somewhere that offers piercing and a studio that specialises in it. At Gravity, piercing is not an add-on at the counter. Lilith has spent more than four years focused entirely on body piercing and brings that experience to every appointment, whether it is a child's first lobes, a full curated ear or a placement that needs a careful anatomy check before it can go ahead.
Every appointment starts with a conversation. Lilith looks at your anatomy, talks through the placement and jewellery, marks up the position and checks it with you in the mirror before the piercing happens. The piercing itself is done with a sterile single-use needle, never a gun, and the jewellery fitted is implant-grade titanium or solid gold, sized to allow for swelling and swapped for a snugger fit once you have healed.

What to expect at your appointment
Consultation. You will be asked what you would like, shown the jewellery options and given a clear price. Lilith checks your anatomy and, if a placement is not going to heal well for you, she will say so and suggest an alternative.
Consent and ID. You will complete a short consent form. Bring photo ID, and if you are under 18 bring a parent or guardian with their ID too. Some piercings have higher age limits than others, so call ahead if you are unsure.
Marking and piercing. The area is cleaned, the placement is marked and you check it in the mirror. Once you are happy, the piercing takes seconds with a sterile single-use needle and the jewellery is fitted straight away.
Aftercare. You leave with written aftercare instructions and a saline recommendation. If anything worries you while you heal, come back in for a free check. When the swelling has gone down, book a downsize so the jewellery fits properly for the rest of the heal.
